of course i like yoshi. he is just so cute and he is an essential member is mario 64. he eats up foes, make them into eggs and throw it at other foes

Yoshi is the needed "pet factor" in Mario. It gives Mario a bit of fun when you have all of Yoshi's abilities as well as Mario's.

Yoshi is pretty cool.
I find him a tad bit overrated fandom-wise, but he's a staple of the franchise and Mario's best friend.
